Yasmine knew that she shouldn't have left camp alone because she still hadn't learnt to use her powers properly but she wanted to get out of camp for awhile. She didn't really think that anything would happen it had been a long time since she had left and she was sure that it wouldn't hurt. But as soon as she arrived she felt like there were eyes on her. She sped up her steps toward the coffee shop she was headed too. Before she could get there a strong hand pulled her into an ally. 


She spun around to look at who had grabbed her but there was nothing there. "Who's there?" She asked, wrapping her arms around her face wondering who was there. "Show yourself!" She demanded, feeling a terrible swooping feel her stomach, she had made a mistake. She tried to use her powers to get home like she had learned lately but it wouldn't work she tried harder and harder but it wasn't working. She looked down swearing softly. 

"Now, now, that's not very nice." A voice said out of the darkness, Yasmine looked around starting to shake softly feeling like she might die. "Who are you? What do you want?" She asked softly, her voice shaking looking around trying to peer into the darkness hoping to stop who had pulled her in there but she couldn't see anyone. 

"Please just let me go." She begs the air hoping that the person would take mercy on her and let her go but she wasn't sure it was going to work. 

Mackenzie knew that leaving camp was against her fathers orders but she didn't care. She knew she could look after herself and right now, she was pissed at him anyway. He wanted her to forget about Madeleine. He said that he didn't want her seeing the goddess again. Mackenzie knew that her being aged had to have been hard on her father but she needed him to understand that she wasn't his baby girl anymore. She needed some space.

She kicked a rock on the ground as she walked along the street grumbling to herself as she went. She was drawn from her thoughts though as she heard someone's pleas. Not realising what she was walking into, Mackenzie didn't draw a weapon. She thought it might have been just some girl getting harassed by a guy. She wasn't expecting to fight hand to hand with a cyclops.

Mackenzie hissed in a breath as the monster hit her ribs and she was fairly sure he broke a few and quickly back up to where she was standing next to the demigod or goddess. "What's going on?"

"RUN!" Yasmine yelled at the other girl, before feeling a spike of pain in her side. "Run." She begged the girl as she fell to her knees her, clutching at her side hoping that she had managed to convince the girl to get away, so she would be spared from the fate that Yasmine fears her death. As she lay on the ground still clutching her side she lamented the fact that she never got to tell Danielle how she felt about her. She watched the person come out of the shadows and towards Mackenzie she pulled herself up and whimpering in pain before heading towards the person feeling faint she grabbed at the person and missed falling to the floor and curling up in pain.

"Not a chance", Kenzie replied, focusing on creating a fireball to chuck at the cyclops so she could have time to draw a sword. The fireball hit the monsters chest but just brushed over it. Mackenzie was knocked back as the cyclops hit her again and she had to blink stars from her eyes. She drew her sword as she found her feet, trying to fight blacking out from hitting the concrete so hard. Her ribs still hurt but she tried to ignore the pain as she turned to see the cyclops heading for the other girl.

She jumped at him, killing him, but what Mackenzie hadn't realized is that other monsters had turned up while she had been watching the cyclopes.

Ares appeared with the other monsters smiling wickedly, a grandchild of Mars how delicious. He wondered if she would even put up anything of a fight. "Wee little child do you really think you stand a chance?" Ares taunted her, using some of his powers to disguise his face knowing that his lover would kill him for revealing himself before it was time but he couldn't help wanting to attack demigods. He felt resentment to them because his father always seems to care more about them then him and his siblings and his mother, his poor mother who had to deal with his unfaithfulness and the pain that it had caused her. He would protect her this time and his father would pay.

Kenzie's eyes snapped to the humanoid figure as it spoke to her. She forced herself to create another ball of fire in her free hand although she knew it would make her more tired. "I think I could have a shot", she replied, trying to push away her hurts and everything as she kept her eyes on the monters and the humanoid figure that spoke. Part of her was yelling at her to run but she wouldn't just leave the other girl behind and the way she was, well there was no way she was going to be able to try and carry her.

Ares couldn't help but chuckle the girl had spirit at least must have gotten that from her grandfather, Mars he always was a challenge to defeat. "Good try little girl." He remarks with a sneer. "But not good enough." He deflected her fireball with a wave of his hand as if it was nothing more than a fly he was shooing. "Poor little girl, all alone and not strong enough to protect yourself, your grandfathers would be ashamed." He remarked pulling out a dagger from thin air he crouched over her with an evil glint in his eyes as he ran the sharp edge of the dagger over Mackenzie's skin causing shallow cuts to appear before letting out a curse as he could do no more before a voice called out for him to stop and that he had been sent by the boss to bring in the kid. He got off her with a scowl before lashing out with his foot to knock her out.

He licked the blood off the blade with a wicked grin at Lyndon who was the one had stopped him. "Well take her then." He says, before grumbling about Lyndon ruining his fun.
